Shipping is always free on all Canadian orders over $150 and US orders over $200.

Product prices are displayed exclusive of all other taxes and duties.  We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country.

The merchandise available on miniprive.com is subject to change. Despite our efforts in synchronizing the website merchandise with our stock, some items that appear on the website may be out of stock. In this case, we will automatically refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours of the order being placed  (during the work week). Please note this can take longer during busier periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched. All orders, both domestic and international, will be shipped surface and delivery times vary from 2 weeks within North America to up to 2 months for international addresses. If you require your order sooner please notify us and we will offer you quotes for shipping times.

As soon as your order is dispatched, North American orders will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail including carrier and tracking number information. In some cases when items of heavy weight or irregular size are ordered, additional shipping charges may apply. In these cases, customers will be notified via email and asked to pay additional shipping and handling charges.

Shipping rates do not include import fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination country. All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authorities.

Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner, shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once a package is shipped we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. We also have no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your country’s customs office. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons.

MiniPrivé is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages occurring as a result of the services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. You must directly address the shipping company for any damage caused during shipping. MiniPrivé will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed and requested. Please note that international orders are shipped via regular airmail and do not come with a tracking number. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns or Exchanges may be done within 14 days from purchase date. We kindly ask that all item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and must have the original tags attached.

RETURNS

A Return Authorization number must be requested within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. We do not accept returns for swimwear. All returns must be authorized by MiniPrivé prior to the return. Please contact us by email to make a Return Authorization request.

Shipping fees are not refundable. The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 5 business days of the reception of the item at MiniPrivé. The Return Authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service providing a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received without a Return Authorization number or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of MiniPrivé.

EXCHANGES

Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and color. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at www.miniprive.com
